We liked everything at City including service and the food. So close to the airport, 9 miles.

Great value for money: Good breakfast included, spacious room, free minibar (water + small wine), free parking, friendly and helpful staff.

They even have a shuttle service to the Arena and train station. And thank goodness for the free WiFi throughout, so I can stay connected with the outside world and complain about the hotel.

Oh, what a treat to discover that my room had no air conditioning, mini-bar, or iron. And the breakfast?

The hallway was very dark and the light outside our door didn't work so made it difficult to see when we returned to the room at night.

The location is also a plus, as it is situated in a peaceful area outside of Verona city center, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

One small improvement could be made in terms of breakfast, as there could be a wider variety of fresh products available.

The lady on the desk on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The lady in the evenings was polite but not so helpful, when she was there for check out. The room was large.

The room was dated and unattractive, the breakfast was not suited to people who don't eat meat. The staff were not flexible when we realised we had double booked because we booked via Booked.net

Short bus ride to Verona Arena

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the free parking and central location, which allowed us to easily enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants. the hot shower provided a much-needed relief from the cold weather.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi--making planning our activities difficult. the lack of public transportation options made it challenging to explore the surrounding area.

What a deal! The hotel offers great value for money. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a TV. Breakfast was tasty and filling. But the best part was the location. It was surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants and was only a short drive away from the city center.

While the hotel itself was great, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger, as I had to reconnect to the network a few times.

Taxi rides to Verona centre are a little pricey.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms with aircon, free parking facility, and the location in the centre of San Giovanni Lupatoto. The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of choices in pastry, fruits, yogurts, boiled eggs. Moreover, we liked the fact that there were many bars and restaurants in the area, which made it easy for us to grab a bite or drink.
